Privacy Policy

The Archives of Salaried Employees processes personal data in order to ensure the preservation and availability of documents that belong to the national cultural heritage, and to promote their use for research purposes. In order to do so, both personal data of the researchers accessing the Archives, and the information included in the archival materials themselves, can be processed.

Appropriate data protection and security of the personal data is ensured. The Archives of Salaried Employees complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of the EU (EU 2016/679), Finnish legislation and the orders and guidelines provided by the National Archives of Finland and other authorities. We do not sell any personal information to third parties, nor use it for any commercial purposes.
